Lost in the Land of IF: T-Minus 20.5 hours and counting...

TTC Timeline

8/31 - first visit back to regular OB/Gyn (11 wks)

8/16 - Ultrasound and Graduation from RE (9 wks)

First u/s scheduled: 7/30 - Heartbeat! (whew) Just one.

7/20 - Beta #3 - 8,095!!!
7/13 - Beta #2 - 525.8!!
7/12 - Beta #1 - 315.8 BFP!!!

July 2010 - ET on 7/1 - transfer 2 embryos. Have a total of 5 embies to freeze as 'totcicles.'

6/26 ER - collect 27 eggs. Freeze 14. Fertilize the other 13. Of those, 11 fertilized.

June 2010 - IVF round # 2. Revised protocol. E2 levels stay under 5,000 (woohoo!) and develop 34 mature follicles.

April 2010 - start IVF round #1. E2 levels rise to 9,000. Develop 59 mature follicles. Disaster with HCG trigger shot - eggs never release. ER is a total wash, and ET is cancelled.

February 2010 - start IVF protocol, but cancel due to whacked-out hormones within the first week.

January 2010 - Consultation with new RE. Decide to make the switch!

October - December 2009 - Take a break, and save lots of dough!

March - September 2009 - First RE continues Clomid with monitoring for additional 3 months -- no success. Try 2 months of Femara and real IUI procedure -- no success. Recommendation from RE: move on to IVF.

September 2008 - February 2009 - Try Clomid to spur ovulation. No success. Finally "graduate" to the RE.

September 2008 - Start Metformin.

May - August 2008 - testing. Diagnosis: PCOS.

April 2008 - Have a 48 day cycle...but only BFN's. Decide it's time to go seek help from my Ob/Gyn.

Fall 2007 - ...Starting to realize something isn't quite right with my cycles... But remain stubborn and refuse to acknowledge problem or seek help.

December 2006 - Threw the BCP in the trash and decided to "benchline the goalies" from here on out.

September 2002 - Married my wonderful hubby!

T-Minus 20.5 hours and counting...

Got the call this morning... ET is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

Am running into another meeting -- today is a little crazy at work -- but wanted to let ya'll know the official time.

I am so grateful for your support -- your encouraging words and prayers mean the world to me!

Praying, praying, praying!!! I can't help but feel extremely positive about your ET. Everything this far has been awesome! Good luck on bed rest. I'll be thinking of you and your perfect embabies!
